(no emojis or emoticons). Certain punctuation marks such as dashes will not appear on your final piece. We recommend periods or slashes instead.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary depending on items.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item within 2-3 business days, this includes production time as most products are made to order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
As soon as your order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email address used during checkout. Delivery may take approximately 4-5 business days.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at sales@catalinas-shop.com.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, please contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their orders or missed package deliveries.)
RETURNS AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
For items received not as described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
